Dr. Brynne Stainsby originally studied Kinesiology at The University of Western Ontario, before her acceptance into the Doctor of Chiropractic program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Following her graduation in 2009, she continued her education in the department of Graduate Education and Research Programs at CMCC, and completed her Clinical Sciences Residency in 2011. In 2012, she successfully completed the College of Chiropractic Sciences Fellowship exam, and has been practicing as a Chiropractic Specialist since that time. As a former competitive gymnast, Dr. Stainsby quickly found a niche working with athletes, and has served as the team doctor for hockey teams in the Ontario Junior Hockey League and Greater Toronto Hockey League, and she is particularly proud to have been the team doctor for the 2018 OHL Cup Champions.

She originally came to Village Chiropractic in 2011, and loved working with the amazing patients in the Orangeville community. In addition to using the Diversified adjusting technique, Dr. Stainsby uses the Activator, provides both Graston Technique and Active Research Techniques, and is a certified provider of acupuncture. She is also a certified yoga instructor, and an avid runner, who believes strongly in educating and empowering her patients to help them return to their active, healthy lifestyles.

Dr. Stainsby is a faculty member at CMCC and George Brown College and a well-published researcher, who uses these academic experiences to provide patient-centred, evidence-based care for her patients. When she is not in the classroom or the clinic, you can find her in a hockey rink, out for a run, or balanced in a yoga posture!
